I would like to thank the company for the recent installation of windows, doors and patio door throughout our house.
From the very beginning we were given great service. Ryan talked us through the process and was able to provide advice on what sort of windows and doors we needed. He had a good selection of styles and colours of glass, doors and frames to choose from and he was able to provide a competitive quote with no pressure to sign on the day. We even took up his offer of dropping by the showroom to see a door that we were interested in. We were given a detailed written quote with full information about guarantees, something other companies did not do.
The lead time between order and on-site installation was only a few weeks with the installation taking only 3 days to install 9 windows, 2 doors and a patio door. Our house is busy with lots of young children and Realistic were courteous, clean and respectful whilst they were here working around our needs and times.
We are pleased to say that we are happy with the windows and doors that Realistic have provided making our home warmer and feeling brighter and more spacious than before.
